Reclaimed hardwoods and outdoor garden furniture
“Storm-Worn Timber” is a UK
company based in Whitstable, Kent dedicated
to building unique pieces of hardwood garden furniture.
We combine reclaimed rain forest hardwoods that have been defending
the Kent coast for the past 50 years, heavy-duty
construction techniques and the designs of Whitstable craftsmen
to produce individual, creative and lasting pieces of garden
furniture as well as an interesting selection of
garden features. |

Garden Benches and garden furniture
 The
timber used for our garden benches has been
reclaimed from a £2 million coastal defence project at
Whitstable, Kent. Approximately 5 foot in length,
theses hardwood garden benches are all incredibly
unique in character with varying colour, varying degrees of
biological weathering from oceanic wood boring animals and varying
physical weathering from years of defending the Kent
coastline. Each garden
bench will not only provide you with a piece of
garden furniture that will outlast our lifetimes
but also serve as an interesting garden feature
and conversation piece for your outdoor space. Delivery is available
to overseas as well as UK customers.

Garden Features
 Storm
Worn Timber has managed to exclusively reclaim the supporting
upright posts from the Whitstable sea defence project. These
posts 9”x 9” in width and varying in height, capped
with rusted galvanised steel rings make outstanding garden features.
Ideal for landscaping projects or outdoor spaces such as balconies
or beach huts these individual garden features give year round
interest to your garden.
As with our garden benches these hardwood posts are available
for delivery to overseas customers as well as within the UK.

of rainforests and wholly endorses the efforts of Kent
County Council for strictly maintaining use of sustainable hardwoods
for the current 2004 Whitstable sea defence project. Kent
